First the sound should be in the 70s decibel range with WHITE NOISE the best. Also, the sound of WATER is good.

MUSIC should be a genre you have heard numerous times and this is NOT the time to experiment with a new one! It’s better if it is wordless unless you have heard the words so many times that they don’t cause you to try to understand what is being suggested in the song.
