Continuing with the discussion of CIRCULAR, Donald discusses the use of CURVED furnishings as opposed to straight lines and edges.

There was a research project using brain imaging that confirms that people feel happier and safer with CURVED furnishings than those with straight lines and edges!

I remember our dining room chairs and table were Early American straight lines and edges and also we only used it for guests and Christmas Day.

Our kitchen and porch furniture was curved captain’s chairs, a chaise lounge and a square table with soft curved edges.
